So I was just looking around on my sitemeter to see all the different parts of the world that have visited my blog and came across some interesting places. I was able to see what brought those viewers to my blog in some cases and not too happy. On a previous blog I had posted pics of Al and put her whole name and there was a cute pic of her facing a desk and you could see her little bum. It was cute. Very innocent. However, some of the searches people were doing were linking people directly to that page probably because of what I had typed and her name. I did my own search and found there must be some type of "model" with similar name and not so 'innocent' photos. Long story short some of those people stayed on my blog at that post for several minutes which makes me uncomfortable. Maybe it's all me being a worry wart but this has been a lesson in being ever mindful of what I put on the internet stays on the internet for all times. I have also considered limiting my blog to invites only. Not sure if this excludes my followers or not? Anyway, I changed some thing on that previous blog that had so many links to my site but it is still out there. Gives me the creeps.
Anyway, just remember all you 'mom bloggers' that what we put on here is open to any and everyone. I also just learned you can go into your permissions and select that you not allow search engines to ping your site.
Ok, that's all. I'll stop obsessing. It's just a scary, over exposed world we live in these days!
