Guilford

Yes, that is the name of the city I now reside. Guilford, IN. I'm sure you've never heard of it and definately have never been here. It's actually very beautiful. Sort of country but with some subdivisions growing. A sign on a farm house near here says "Cows and horses, not cars and houses--No subdivisions." So, I guess like all other cities, there are a variety of people around.

I spend my days spending time with the babe. We enjoy playing gymnastics, dolls, blocks, throw-food-on-the-floor-so-mama-has-to-pick-it-up game, painting, swimming in our humongous blow up baby pool (pics to follow soon) . We communicate mostly through barking, meowing, naying, hooting, etc. She can not say animal names, however, she has nearly all their "languages" down pat. I also do all the typical wifely and motherly things such as laundry, cleaning, cooking, and baking in my sexiest undergarments (right!), and of course I spend some time surfing the internet for things I don't need. In fact, I've been known to (quite frequently, I might add) fill up online shopping carts with clothes, trinkets, shoes, etc. and then as I proceed to checkout, I see the total and quickly exit. Perhaps I have found a cure to frivolous spending. Sometimes I indulge in a nap while Alex is napping. Those are precious moments. In fact, as she is napping now and soon to wake up, I will stop here in hopes to acquire a few minutes of quiet shut-eye.

Sweet dreams.
